A brief history ~ Elle's BIO
Elle Sompres began her career in radio advertising sales at 22 years old after graduating with a BA in Speech & Communications. Her tenacity, drive & creativity quickly catapulted her into success. In her first full year, she doubled her sales goal & within 3 years, she was the top sales person in the company. She won numerous awards such as Salesperson of the Year, Budget Buster & New Business Leader & began mentoring the new salespeople that joined their team.
From a very young age, Elle has also been deeply immersed in personal & professional development....& credits her exemplary success to the coaching she has received. For the past 18 years, she has been studying with many of the masters such as Wayne Dyer, Jack Canfield, John Assaraf, Tony Robbins, Michael Beckwith, Ali Brown & Eckhart Tolle...to name a few.
After 10 years in radio advertising sales, including 2 years as a National Sales Manager, she realized she had a sincere desire to touch peoples' lives in a more personal way....by helping them emerge through belief barriers that have been impeding their progress, develop systems to create extraordinary results & experience "Inspired Success" in their own life.
So in 2004, Elle entered the world of Professional Development Training & Coaching. Since then, she has trained thousands of individuals & companies on creative ways to improve their inner game so their outer results reflect the success they deserve. Afterall - external success begins from within!

| Elle has been an animal advocate since childhood...volunteering, speaking out against animal cruelty & taking in many abandoned animals through the years. Here she is with her incredible dog Ringo. |
